Do you offer worldwide shipping?
Yes, we ship all over the world! Plus, we offer free shipping everywhere (please check conditions).
Shipping costs will be added at checkout.
How long will it take to get my order?

What shipping carriers do you use?
We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Shop Pay, Bizum, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Paypal and some other local payment systems.
Can I cancel an order?
When you place an order, our warehouse gets notified and starts the picking process.
Unfortunately we are unable to accept cancellations due to the high volume we have.

Why didn't I receive my order confirmation email?
When you place an order our system always sends a confirmation email.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS
What is our return policy?
Items purchased from BLEZ STORE must be returned in perfect and unused condition, free of deterioration, stains, smell or any condition that would prevent them from being sold as new. Items must also be returned in their original packaging including all labels and possible items included as part of the packaging, within 14 days of receipt of shipment, in order to receive a refund.
EXTENDED RETURN POLICY:
Orders placed between November 18th and January 6th will have 60 days for returns.
SPAIN & PORTUGAL ( IBERIAN PENINSULA )
For exchanges and returns of orders with destination Spain, please access the following link: Returns and exchanges portal. Returns and exchanges are delivered to a pick up point. Returns cost €4,90 and exchanges cost €2,95.
In the case of store-bought returns, if you have paid using a credit/debit card or cash, the full refund will be made in our Cold Culture Madrid Store (Colón, 4) as long as the online purchase confirmation email is presented with the corresponding order number or a copy of the dataphone of having purchased in person.
In the case of requesting a change, it is possible depending on the stock in the store. If the product you are exchanging your order for is more expensive than the original price, you can pay the difference. In the same way, we will refund the difference if the exchange price is lower than the return price.
You have a period of 30 days from the day the purchase is shipped to make changes or returns in store, as long as the conditions of our exchange policy are met.
EUROPEAN UNION & REST

The refund will be processed through the original payment method used in the purchase within 5-10 working days after the item arrives at our warehouse. During collection launches and holiday campaigns, Black Friday or other periods of high courier density, return processing time may vary slightly.
Can I return or exchange my order placed in a store through the website?
No, we’re sorry but, you can’t return or exchange your order on our website if you made your purchase in a store.
What if the item I receive is damaged or defective?
Yes, you can return your order placed online at our BLEZ. From the moment your order is shipped, you can go to one of our stores and return or exchange the product.
It is necessary to present the online purchase confirmation email in the store to be able to make the refund and to be able to accept the return. We don’t refund the shipping cost, and the refund will be returned to the same payment method that was used at the time of purchase, within a period of 3 to 5 days, depending on the bank.
Items must be in the same condition in which they were received.
